RULES
⦁ CONDITIONS FOR VEHICLES AND CLASS SCHEDULE
⦁ Vehicles that meet all the conditions required by traffic regulations can participate in the race, and must have lighting and signaling (brake lights and turn signals) and competition equipment prescribed by the regulations.
⦁ Participating vehicles are divided into the following classes:
ADVENTURE class
⦁ It is mandatory to have a roll bar (minimum propositions of a roll bar are 1 solid arch; bent along or over the roof, and not welded to the roof, and has 2 supports welded at the highest point. It must have 4 firmly fixed bases).
⦁ No portals are allowed for this class.
⦁ The maximum tire size is 92 cm.
⦁ Front winch is mandatory.
⦁ Adequate lighting on the vehicle is mandatory due to the possible night part of the race.
⦁ Tire chains are not allowed.
⦁ Belt for tree protection is mandatory.
⦁ An 8 m long towing strap is mandatory.
⦁ A towing hook is required for towing forward and backward on the vehicle.
⦁ First aid in accordance with ECE norms or better is mandatory.
⦁ A fire extinguisher of at least 2 kg (or 2 x 1 kg) is required, which must be filled and certified.
⦁ Safety belts in 3 points (as in standard vehicles) or more are mandatory.
⦁ A helmet is mandatory for the driver and passenger, which must be ECE tested for auto-moto or for standard use in traffic (cannot be recreational).
⦁ Oil or any other liquid must not leak from the car
⦁ Treads and anchors are allowed.
⦁ Tripmaster is a recommendation (everything was done with it), if you don't have it, then mobile phone applications.
CHALLENGE class and HARD class

⦁ Portals are allowed for this class.
⦁ There is no tire size limit for this class.
⦁ Front winch is mandatory.
⦁ Adequate lighting on the vehicle is mandatory due to the possible night part of the race.
⦁ Tire chains are not allowed.
⦁ Belt for tree protection is mandatory.
⦁ An 8 m long towing strap is mandatory.
⦁ A towing hook is required for towing forward and backward on the vehicle.
⦁ First aid in accordance with ECE norms or better is mandatory.
⦁ A fire extinguisher of at least 2 kg (or 2 x 1 kg) is required, which must be filled and certified.
⦁ Safety belts in 4 points are mandatory. (H belts)
⦁ A helmet is mandatory for the driver and passenger, which must be ECE tested for auto-moto or for standard use in traffic (cannot be recreational).
⦁ Oil or any other liquid must not leak from the car

⦁ Tripmaster is recommended, but it can also be an application on a mobile phone
SOFT class

BEFORE THE START, THE VEHICLES WILL BE MADE A TECHNICAL INSPECTION, SO PLEASE PREPARE ALL THE EQUIPMENT AT THE START OF THE TECHNICAL CHECK. VEHICLES THAT DO NOT FULFILL THESE MINIMUM CONDITIONS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO START ON THE ROUTE UNTIL THE DEFECTS ARE FIXED.
⦁ RULES, REGULATIONS AND PENALTIES
⦁ All contestants must be of legal age (unless they are over 16 as a co-driver with the consent of both parents).
⦁ Drivers must have a valid category B driver's license.
⦁ The race consists of roadbooks and special tests.
⦁ It is not allowed to help competitors during the race by third parties.
⦁ Za vrijeme utrke dozvoljena je pomoć samo od strane drugih ekipa i to samo onih koji još uvijek sudjeluju u trci.(Kada se preda road book na cilju natjecatelji postaju treće lice, vanjska pomoć je DISKVALIFIKACIJA za taj dan)
⦁ During the race, the crew must have helmets and seat belts on at all times.
⦁ The vehicle must not drag anything behind it (winch rope, cable, spanner or any accessory).
⦁ The winch rope must be wound at the start and at the finish line.
⦁ During the special test (after the start or before the finish), the winch rope or attached straps may be IN or ON the vehicle, but never in the cabin with the crew.
⦁ The driver and the navigator (passenger) can cross the finish line and start only if they are both in the vehicle.
⦁ Svako tko iščupa kolac ili traku u specijalnom ispitu, biti će kažnjen (10 minuta dodatnog vremena za kolac, 5 minuta dodatnog vremena za traku, NEMA popravka trake ili kolca, kazna za PRERANI start 1h).
⦁ Vrijeme specijalnih ispita (Prolog, kružna utrka i završni nedjeljnji ispit) množe se sa 3 puta i zbrajaju sa cjelokupnim vremenom.
⦁ Each stage will have a maximum passing time (set time), if 1/3 of the track is not covered in the set time, it makes no sense to continue driving according to the roadbook.
⦁ If the crew does not reach the starting line of the stage, the total time will be 100% worse than the competitor's worst time.
⦁ If the crew starts in the stage and reaches 20-50% of the track; the total time will be 70% worse than the worst time of the competitor who finished the stage.
⦁ If the crew starts in the stage and reaches more than 50% of the track; the total time will be 50% of the worst time of the competitor who finished the stage.
⦁ Svaka etapa će imati određeno zadano vrijeme i određeni broj prolaznih kontrola. Zadano vrijeme će biti podeljeno na broj prolaznih kontrola. Za svaki pečat prolazne kontrole koji bude nedostajao na cilju svake etape, na postignuto vrijeme za tu etapu će biti dodana vrijednost kontrole x2, dozvoljeno ODSTUPANJE od rute 50 metara, kazna DISKVALIFIKACIJA.
⦁ Before the starting line of the track, the crew can remove anything they don't need from the car and they can't use it before the finish line, because it will be classified as an outside aid.
⦁ If a crew member gets sick or injured during the race, he can be replaced by another member.
⦁ The replaced member has no right to continue the race in any other vehicle.
⦁ The crew with a replaced member can remain in the race for the prize; and the same can receive the award.
⦁ It is not allowed to change the vehicle.
⦁ If a vehicle is seriously damaged during the race, each judge has the right to stop it and send a crew to repair the vehicle. After such a situation, the vehicle must undergo an urgent technical inspection organized by the race president.
⦁ The driver and co-driver can change during the race whenever they want.
⦁ The winner will be the team with the best total time, together with all stages of the entire race.
⦁ All crews are required to pay the default registration fee before the technical inspection of the vehicle.
⦁ It is strictly forbidden to consume alcohol or other opiates during the official part of the race.
⦁ Participants are allowed to use all types of advertisements on their vehicles, as long as the advertisements are not placed in places designated for license plates, places that reduce visibility, do not contain inscriptions of any political content or any hate speech.
⦁ Participants are obliged to stick on their vehicles all the stickers that the organizing club distributed at the start of the race.
⦁ During the official part of the race, only the driver and passenger can be in the vehicle.
⦁ The vehicles will start according to the serial number they provided on the prologue that is driven on the first day of the race, after the verification of all registered vehicles. Vehicles that did not drive the prologue, but want to start the race, will be assigned starting numbers chronologically depending on the registration, with the worst time of the competitor. + 20 min.
⦁ The start of the next stage is determined by the placement from the previous stage.
⦁ Each crew is obliged to appear at all assigned time controls and other assigned points.
⦁ Vehicles will start 2 minutes apart. In the event that the crew that is in line to start does not appear on time, the organizer will start the next crew at the scheduled time of the next crew. The crew that was late to the starting line has the opportunity to start after all the vehicles have started, with the fact that their time runs from the moment they were supposed to start, i.e. from the moment of the assigned start time.
⦁ DISCIPLINE ON THE RACE
⦁ All race participants are obliged to comply with traffic regulations.
⦁ Drivers are particularly obliged to respect the speed limits on the roads, especially when driving through populated areas and those emphasized by the organizer in the roadbook. Any established non-compliance with the above will be punished with disqualification. This restriction does not apply to special exam tracks that are closed to public traffic.
⦁ PENALTIES - DISQUALIFICATIONS
⦁ Crews whose vehicles do not have start numbers or race sponsor stickers.
⦁ Any irregularity, violation or unsportsmanlike behavior of the competitor.
⦁ Disruption of overtaking (breakdown, impossibility, inability or other reason), they do not allow other crews to overtake them, they have the right to remove it or record it with an audio/video recording that will be forwarded to the organizer.
⦁ Placing obstacles on the road, moving or removing signs placed by the organizer.
⦁ Taking narcotics, alcohol or other intoxicants during the competition.
⦁ If any attempt at fraud is detected regarding the prescribed technical conditions of the vehicle.
⦁ ANY INSULT TO ORGANIZERS AND JUDGES BY COMPETITORS WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM FURTHER COMPETITION.
⦁ COMPLAINTS
⦁ All objections, appeals and the like must be submitted to the race organizer, in writing, with a fee of EUR 100, as soon as possible after the occurrence of a problem, misunderstanding or any irregularity (immediately after the end of the stage, and before the start of the next stage).
⦁ If the appeal is accepted, the money will be returned, while if the appeal is rejected, the money will be kept.
⦁ Decisions on appeals are made by the race organizer, the judge and the commission consisting of:

⦁ Independent member.
⦁ OTHER PROVISIONS
⦁ All judges of the competition are obliged to fully familiarize themselves with the Rules of the competition and confirm this by signing the application form upon arrival. By signing, they undertake to comply with all provisions of the Rulebook. The provisions of the Regulations cannot be changed in any sense during the competition, unless the organizer does not allow it due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
⦁ Participants drive at their own risk and responsibility, with full moral, material and criminal responsibility.
⦁ Part of the meeting of this race will take place in public traffic, and it is necessary to comply with the regulations and orders of the traffic police.
⦁ The race organizer reserves the right to change parts and sections of the roadbook and special tests during the competition, to stop the competition or to exclude individual crews from further competition.
