TERMS OF PARTICIPATION AND INDEMNIFICATION

By entering this competition, we declare and accept the following:

• We are aware that the organizer Off Road Club Križevci for the "Croatia challenge" bears no responsibility for the damages, and we accept to follow its instructions, as well as the instructions of the judges and the travel book, and we will adhere to them.
• We are informed that during the competition we must comply with the Road Traffic Safety Act and other laws, and that in the event of a traffic accident, we are obliged to stay at the scene of the accident, inform the organizer and wait for the police.
• As competitors, we are responsible for any damage we cause by improper and improper driving to the property of third parties or to third parties.
• With our signatures, we confirm that we are participating in this competition at our own risk and that we will comply with the provisions of this Statement, and we waive any claim against the organizer, on any legal basis (for damage caused to persons, vehicles or things, etc.), and that the organizer is not responsible for damage caused by competition participants to third parties.
• In the event of damage caused by a participant in an uninsured vehicle, we are aware that the provisions of the Insurance Act apply.
• As participants and competitors, we are informed, by the organizers, of the agreed route for the competition, which passes through the hunting grounds of the Biserci Hunting Association, Zagrebačka 27, 49000 Krapina, and we agree to bear the damage we commit:

-on wild animals

- on hunting draws

-on hunting facilities

-on hunting facilities of any kind.

and all this according to the Law on Hunting and the Compensation Price List for the calculation of compensation for damage in hunting grounds ("Narodne novine" number 67/06).

• That we, as participants, are aware and signatories of the consent for the collection and processing of personal data, by which we allow the organizer to collect, process and use this personal data for the purpose of carrying out project activities, i.e. for the purposes of publishing competition results, media reporting, photo and video recording, project activities with for the purpose of recording certain events and promoting the Off Road Club Križevci, publishing results and participants on the websites of the Off Road Club Križevci and on social networks, media, without any compensation.
• That the organizer will handle personal data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016. of 2018, which regulates the protection of personal data (EU GDPR) and the Law on the Implementation of the General Regulation on Data Protection (OG 42/2018) with the application of appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, loss or destruction.

STATEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

With my signature, I guarantee that all the information stated in the Application Form is correct and I fully acknowledge and accept the Terms of Indemnification and the conditions related to my participation in the Croatia Challenge event.
